Booking conditions
To confirm your reservation, a deposit is required:
– 40% of the total amount
– Any reservation request not confirmed within 48 hours will be cancelled
Bookings and payments can be made by cheque, bank card (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfer, or cash.
Cancellation policy
– If cancellation occurs less than 15 days before arrival, 70% of the total amount will be charged.
– If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
– If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay is due.
– In case of early departure, the full stay is charged.
Cancellation requests are only valid once confirmed by email from Villa du Petit Bois. Any early departure results in full billing of the stay.
